Praying with Intention

Have you ever told someone you would pray for them and then soon forgot?  Are you struggling keeping up on your own prayer life and remembering to pray for others?  This was exactly me.  When I was serving overseas, daily I would receive requests.  My intentions were good, but I struggled to rememer eveything.  I wanted to be intentional and fucused.  I wanted my prayer life to be glorifying to God.  If any of of this sounds familiar, then the  journal mentioned below is for you.
